How it works
- Choose the English voice note or clip — up to 3 minutes
- We write down what was said, then translate it into Hindi — usually in under a minute
- Copy or download both as a TXT file
From English speech
- This pair
- Many English words are used in everyday Hindi (meeting, bill, form); the translation keeps the common ones and writes them in Devanagari (मीटिंग), as Hindi readers expect.
- Sentence order
- English puts the verb after the subject and Hindi puts the verb at the end, so sentences are rebuilt, not swapped word for word.
Reading it in Hindi
- Script
- Devanagari, written left to right, with a line along the top of each word and no capital letters.
- Numbers
- Devanagari digits (१, २, ३) exist, but most printed and typed Hindi uses 0–9.
- Saying "you"
- Hindi has three ways of saying "you": aap (respectful), tum (familiar) and tu (very close or rude).
- Names
- In Hindi, Indian names and places keep their Hindi form; English loan words are often written in Devanagari (मीटिंग for meeting).
- Everyday words
- Hinglish — English words inside Hindi sentences ("meeting cancel ho gayi"), often typed in Roman script on phones.
- Who reads it
- Hindi is spoken across North and Central India.

Questions
Is translating English audio to Hindi free?
Yes — clips up to 3 minutes and 25 MB, 3 times a day, no sign-up.
Will the Hindi keep the speaker's tone?
It aims to — a respectful message should read as respectful to a Hindi reader. Machine translation can slip, so check names and figures against the recording.
Do I get the English transcript too?
Yes — what was said in English first, then the Hindi.
