Cancel anytime
Open Settings → Subscription and tap Cancel subscription. Your Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Changed your mind before that date? Tap Resume.
Full refund within 7 days
- Within 7 days of your first-ever payment to hearlog — monthly, yearly or lifetime — you can ask for a full refund if you have used less than 60 minutes of Pro.
- This is available once per customer.
- Renewal payments are not refundable (cancel before your renewal date instead).
How to ask
Email support@hearlog.ai from the email address of your hearlog account, with the date of the payment (or the payment ID from your invoice).
We start the refund within 5 working days. Your bank may take 5–7 more working days to show it.
Bangladesh passes
Passes bought in taka are one-time payments with no auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel — a pass simply ends on its date. For any question about a refund for a pass, email support@hearlog.ai.
বাংলাদেশের পাস
টাকায় কেনা পাস একবারের পেমেন্ট, অটো-রিনিউ নেই — তাই বাতিল করার কিছু নেই, পাস তার তারিখে নিজেই শেষ হয়। পাসের টাকা ফেরত নিয়ে কোনো প্রশ্ন থাকলে support@hearlog.ai-এ ইমেইল করুন।
