Got an Arabic voice note from your landlord? Read it in English, or in your own language

Choose an audio clip and a language. You get what was said, and the same thing in the language you read best — both side by side on this page, ready to copy. The transcript and translation are usually ready in under a minute.

Up to 3 minutes and 25 MB. 3 free uses a day.

    How it works

    1. Choose an audio clip
    2. Pick the language to translate into
    3. Read the transcript and the translation side by side

    Example

    You give:

A 1-minute Arabic voice message from a landlord, translated to English

    You get:

Example: first the Arabic transcript of what the landlord said, then the English: “The rent for the flat goes up from next month. Please confirm by Sunday if you will renew the contract.”

    Questions

    Is it really free?

Yes, with no sign-up: one clip up to 3 minutes long, 3 times a day. To keep it free for everyone there is also a daily limit for all visitors; if it is reached, the tool is back the next day. Sign up free for files up to 100 minutes.

Which languages can it translate into?

23 languages, including English, Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, Tamil and Arabic — pick one from the list above. (Inside the app, notes can be translated into 50+ languages.)

How is this different from audio translation in the app?

This tool does one short clip. In the app you can translate whole recordings and keep the original and the translation in the same note — see Audio translation.

    Is my audio stored?

The free tool sends the audio to be transcribed and returns the text; it does not save the audio or the text to an account. Inside hearlog, notes are stored encrypted at rest and each account can read only its own notes.

What do I get if I sign up?

A free account gives you 300 minutes a month for files up to 100 minutes each, with transcripts, speaker labels, five summary styles, translation into 50+ languages and 2 folders. Pro (₹299/month or ₹2,990/year) adds 2-hour files and one question across all your recordings.
